Blast, sometimes you can be convinced you are somehow out of touch, out of sync, somehow misguided and just not clicking. This probably usually stems from trying to grasp a macro-climate, forgetting to see the micro-climate in-front of your face. Keep moving, look forwards, keep moving.
On this note, i would bring to head two different bands.
Echo Lake – an ambitious swashing swishing indie situation* from the edgy parts of London. They perform some great original ideas. *ambient/dream pop/shoegaze/every other genre name they’d reluctantly be called. This single, Another Day, is due to be released fairly very soon in the london area. EL centre is here

Last Year’s Men – “Four guys who play garage rocknroll”, hailing from Georgia, USA. Down-to-earth and effective music; with some catching and lively motion. You know certain music is to your taste when it sounds awesome, despite being recorded apparently lo-fi.
