Wading Under The Salt Marsh [p.s. more Ryan York]

Ryan York – The Other Side of Backwater (ft. Baths)

This post and the last ‘After-hours dancing in the floodlights‘ have previewed Ryan York‘s (o.k.a Asura) newest EP Zipperlegs, released digitally, but also on limited edition cassette (follow that link), get quids in asap.

Tomorrow or the day after, I am to carry out investigations on the surrounding salt marsh in Walton Backwaters, the place is beautiful/peaceful/surrounded with sun-bathing seals, it’s one of the better places to be. Geotic sings about woe on this track in a way that makes me feel good and also calm, like at the salt marsh. Like with really really really good friends. All that I know, friends.

I’ll leave Ryan alone a bit now, make sure you follow him in some way.

In fact, spontaneous decision made, let’s move on almost immediately.

Onra – The Anthem (Flume Remix)

Aeroplanes, From Russia With Love,
launching off the runway
push to the coastline, push comes to shove
what the seal saw, what the seal say
Get up, Move up
Do not for one moment think you can sit down until you’ve got that warm fuzzy feeling in your stomach which calls for a collapse on something soft.

This is one great remix. (Flume is from Sydney and also plays in more  restrained duo project What So? Not)
